Access Statement:
1) Ample parking in the farm lane with a drop off point immediately outside the garden gate.
2) Uneven surface in the farm lane, and on the slated garden path.
3) One small step up into the front porch, slightly high wooden ridge at main front door leading into the hall way.
4) Level access into the Kitchen and front rooms.
5) Twelve steps up into each bedroom.

Directions: From the A390 just past Lostwithiel take the left hand turning B3269 to Fowey. Follow this road for several miles until you reach the Four Turnings roundabout. At the round about take the third exit onto the A3082. Follow the A3082 for about a mile then take the left hand turn signed Polkerris Beach. Follow the road for about 600 yards. At the sign for Tregaminion Farm turn left, we are situated a few hundred yards down the lane. Please park in front of the Farm on the gravelled area.
