Cream Tea's at Tregaminion Farm Bed & Breakfast

At Tregaminion Farm we serve traditional farm house cream teas, Home made scones with local jams and clotted cream served in the garden from Easter until October. Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday afternoons.

Point of interest: Cornish Clotted Cream (sometimes called clouted cream) is a thick cream made by indirectly heating unpasteurised cow's milk using steam or a water bath and then leaving it in shallow pans to cool slowly. During this time, the cream content rises to the surface and forms 'clots' or 'clouts', hence its alternative name 'clouted cream'.
